yeah you can, click on the person the two dogs you want to breed belong to (they have to have a good relationship between them, and the owner who tells them to breed). tell then to breed with... and the dogs name comes up. you also have to have the expensive outside kennel to go with it. then 2 sim days later you will have littler or 1 to 4.
